Virtual Vacation: Jerk Pork Tenderloin on the Grill
We can’t get enough of grilling season here in Minnesota. If you’re craving the smoky tastes of the season, try this Grilled Jerk Pork Tenderloin recipe from Chef Bob.
Jerk Pork Tenderloin
-Start by marinating your pork tenderloin in jerk sauce, which you can find in the spice section at the grocery store.
-Sear tenderloin directly over hot charcoal on grill
-Move tenderloin to indirect heat and place soaked hickory into grill
-Close grill and let cook through (20-25 min)
-Let rest 5-10 min before serving
Pineapple Mango Salsa
-Equal parts Diced Pineapple, Mango, Red Onion, Red Pepper, and Cilantro
-1 tbsp of fresh lime juice
-Dash of agave syrup
