Madden’s Town Hall Conference Center is the largest of our meeting facilities and ranks among the top resort meeting venues in Minnesota in size and versatility, comfortably accommodating up to 700 people for a banquet. Generous exhibit space makes Town Hall a natural for trade shows and expos. Several smaller meeting rooms are available for smaller group sizes or breakout sessions. Upper and lower level lobby areas provide additional space to set up a welcome or refreshment area.

Located on Madden’s West shoreline, Wilson Bay is a favorite location for gatherings that include a dinner or banquet. Designed to complement the classic rustic elegance of the area, Wilson Bay Dining Room provides sweeping views of Gull Lake and can seat up to 230 guests. For meetings of 100-120 guests, Pemmican room provides a truly unique meeting experience with it’s rustic design and scenic views. Weddings held in Wilson Bay typically utilize Pemmican for the dance and Manitou room as a prep area for the bridal party. Lower level features small welcome/gathering areas, bar, and deck overlooking Wilson Bay .
