With the most shoreline of any resort in the Brainerd Lakes area, Madden’s has multiple water-side ceremony locations with beautiful Gull Lake as your background.
Madden’s offers a variety of options for your reception, whatever the size of your guest list. Our newly renovated Wilson Bay private venue space is ideal for weddings and receptions of up to 200 people, offering a private bar, fine dining, and amazing sunset views of Gull Lake. Town Hall ballroom is an elegant room that can be divided or used in its entirety for large weddings of up to 400 people.
Our $2,000.00 function space rental fee includes a complete set-up for your dinner and dance including chairs, white linens, a dance floor, table ware and a professional staff to serve you. Our $750.00 ceremony fee includes a stage, chairs and two microphones. We also guarantee a back-up space in case of inclement weather.
All function spaces have a $12,000.00 food and beverage minimum, which is easily attainable as it includes food and beverages from your reception and dinner. Minimums do not include service charge and tax.
