Attendee Package rate includes lodging, meals as indicated, use of Tennis & Croquet Club, non-motorized watercraft, beaches, swimming pools, sauna, whirlpool, fitness center, business center, golf green fees on Pine Beach East, Pine Beach West and the Social 9 courses (carts are addt’l), service charge and applicable sales tax.
Non-conference guests (family) may stay in the same room with the attendee at no additional charge and use Madden’s beaches, swimming pools, fitness center, and business center.

Payment Information: A valid credit card is required for reservations made online or by phone. Credit cards will be charged the full amount on June 2, 2021.
Cancellation Policy: Package payments are refundable if you cancel by May 14, 2021. A $25.00 per bedroom cancellation/processing fee applies to cancellations received after May 14, 2021. Guests are responsible for your entire reserved stay; early departures or reservations reduced in length are not refundable.
