How do I receive my 10% Member Discount?
As a valued Member, you will receive a 10% Member discount on qualifying purchases when the purchase is charged to your Member Account. The discount will be applied at time of purchase. You must present your Member Card to charge to your Member Account. Please note, staff cannot charge to your account without your Member Card being presented.
Member discount applies to: Golf shop merchandise; Green fees; Restaurants; Madden Bros. Market; Spa; Marina
Member discount does NOT apply to: Golf clubs; Tournaments; Tobacco products; Room charges; Group events; Special events.
Member discounts do not apply in addition to sale or already discounted merchandise.
How does my Member Account work?
Statements will be issued on the first of each month. On the 15th, the outstanding account balance will be charged in full to the default payment method on file.
One-time payments may be made at any time using the Pay Now function in the Member Portal. Members may choose an alternative payment method for these transactions. If a one-time payment does not cover the full balance of the current statement, the remaining balance will be automatically charged on the 15th of the statement month.
Accounts without a valid payment method, or with failed payments, will have charging privileges suspended until the account is brought into compliance with membership requirements.
Account charging is an optional feature of membership. Members may opt out at any time. The account balance must be paid in full at the time of request.
How can I access resort amenities?
Access to Madden’s resort amenities, including pools, beaches, fitness center, and boat ramp, is limited to Members with the Resort Amenity Enhancement. Members with the Enhancement will receive one wristband for each Member that will give you access to Madden’s amenities. As a security measure, we require all guests and Members to wear wristbands when they are utilizing Madden’s amenities.

How many guests can I bring to Madden’s?
Members with the Resort Amenity Enhancement may bring one guest per Member to enjoy resort amenities with the purchase of a Member-Guest Resort Amenity Day Pass. Day Passes may be purchased at Pine Beach East Pro Shop, Madden’s Tennis & Croquet Club, and Marina for $25 per guest, per day. Members are limited to 1 guest per member (ex. Family membership of 4 people may bring up to 4 guests total). Guests will receive a wristband that must be worn at all times. Guest(s) must be always accompanied by Member. Guest Day Passes are subject to the following blackout dates: July 3-4, 2026.
Can I use my personal cart on Madden’s courses?
Yes. If you have not done so already, you may purchase a Trail Pass to use your personal golf cart on Madden’s courses. You will receive a 2026 Trail Pass sticker that must be displayed on your cart.
All golf cart drivers must be 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on Madden’s property. This includes the resort and all golf courses. The Member and Member guests are responsible for all cart damage that may occur during their round. The fee to fix this damage will be immediately charged to the Member Account.*
When does my Membership expire?
2026 Memberships are valid through February 15, 2027.
