Membership Terms & Conditions
To better serve golf members and resort guests, Madden’s golf memberships have been restructured. Standard golf memberships now focus exclusively on exceptional access to golf courses and golf facilities. For members who would like to enjoy additional resort amenities, an optional Resort Amenity Enhancement may be added for an additional fee, providing access to pools, beaches, recreation, and more throughout the season. In addition, new for 2026 will be your own Membership portal which will give you 24/7 online access to create and change tee times, view your Member account and manage your payment methods. All Member account balances must be paid in full on a monthly basis to retain charging privileges and take advantage of the 10% member discount.
Membership Cards:
All members will receive a membership card that MUST be presented to charge to your member account and to receive member privileges. Members must charge to their member account to receive the 10% member discount. All Member account balances must be paid in full each month to remain active.
Tee Times:
Members are accountable for all golf tee time reservations. Please cancel tee times 24 hours in advance, failure to cancel tee times properly will result in full charges. *
Golf Carts:
You must be 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on Madden’s Property. This includes the resort and all golf courses. The member and member guests are responsible for all cart damage that may occur during their round. The fee to fix this damage will be immediately charged to the Member Account.*
STANDARD GOLF MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:
- UNLIMITED golf – no restrictions on times or days!
- Relaxed, less-crowded atmosphere on the course
- Pace of play for rounds consistently under 4hrs 30min on The Classic and 4hrs or less on Pine Beach East and Pine Beach West
- Complimentary range balls at the Airport Driving Range; complimentary club storage
- 10% member discount applies to the following when charged to your Member account: guest greens fees, pro shop merchandise, The Spa at Madden’s, and any of Madden’s restaurants and bars
- A personal invitation to special Madden’s activities & events throughout the season
- During our monthly “Member Sundays” you may bring up to three guests to play the designated course, with our compliments
- Activities for the whole family including Ladies’ Night Golf, Couple’s League, and Junior Golf (additional registration fees apply)
OPTIONAL RESORT AMENITY ENHANCEMENT
Enhance your membership experience with the Resort Amenity Enhancement. By adding the amenity enhancement on to your membership, you will receive the above Standard Golf Membership benefits PLUS:
- Access to Madden’s 4 pools, 3 beaches, inflatable water park, fitness center, and boat launch
- Use of select recreational amenities at Madden’s Tennis & Croquet Club including pedal bikes, tennis courts, pickleball, and more
- Access to and 10% discount on rentals at the Marina
Access to resort amenities is subject to availability and blackout dates apply. Members with the Resort Amenity Enhancement will receive wristbands that must be worn at all times when utilizing resort amenities. One additional guest per member may accompany you with the purchase of a Resort Amenity Day Pass ($25 per person, per day; subject to availability).
Member Wristbands:
Members with the Resort Amenity Enhancement will receive wristbands that grant access to pools & Madden’s fitness center. We ask that all members wear wristbands while utilizing amenities including beaches, pools, fitness center, Tennis & Croquet Club, and the Marina.
Member Guests:
Members with the Resort Amenity Enhancement may bring one guest per Member to enjoy resort amenities with the purchase of a Member-Guest Resort Amenity Day Pass. Day Passes may be purchased at Pine Beach East Pro Shop, Madden’s Front Desk, and Madden’s Tennis & Croquet Club for $25 per guest, per day. Guests will receive a wristband that must be worn at all times. Guest(s) must be accompanied by member at all times. Day Passes are based on availability and are subject to blackout dates.
