The Full American Package includes: lodging, 3 meals per day (starting with lunch on arrival, ending with breakfast on departure), 4 swimming pools, 3 beaches, fitness center, business center, lawn games at the Tennis & Croquet Club, non-motorized watercraft, golf green fees on Pine Beach East, Pine Beach West, and the Social 9 courses; discounted green fees on The Classic course, service charge and applicable sales tax.
Rooms are Run of House and will be assigned at the resort’s discretion and based on the number of occupants. If you require more than one room, please complete the form below once for each room.

Deposit Policy: A deposit of $500.00 per bedroom is required at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy: You are responsible for your entire stay; early departures or reservations reduced in length less than 30 days prior to arrival, will be charged for number of nights confirmed. Deposits are refundable, less a $250.00 cancellation fee if you cancel by May 26, 2026. Any cancellations made after May 26, 2026 will not receive a refund (replacements are gladly accepted). Reservations made after the deadline are non-refundable.
