In order for Madden’s Event service team to assist in a successful meeting, we require the following information. If the information is not received 10 business days in advance of your arrival, post deadline processing fees of the information will apply.
Please refer to your preliminary schedule of events (in your contract) for the days/times your meeting room is reserved. If you will require access outside of this time frame, inform your Event Manager immediately & we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note extended time (s) , as outlined in your contract, may incur an additional fee.
