Holiday Cookie Walk Vendor Inquiry Form
Madden's is searching for a select number of local vendors with handmade holiday products to join us at our first annual Holiday Cookie Walk. Each vendor will receive an 8ft table. Each booth location is $75. Please note this is an inquiry form only. You will be contacted by Madden's to confirm if your request is approved.
