11 am: Tours of Madden's herb gardens and greenhouse
1 pm. Tips from a professional event planner on how to host an unforgettable summer BBQ
2 pm: Discussions on current culinary trends with a panel of chefs
3 pm: Wine tasting
4 pm: Expert advice on encouraging kids to eat healthy
6 pm: Beach BBQ- eat what was smoked earlier in the day!

9 am: Tea presentation by Tea Source Expert Michael Lannier
9 am: Butchering 101: Chef Bob Schuld shows you how to butcher common items from the grocer
10 am: Forest Foraging Adventure with a farmer, a local chef and an international forager! Participants are requested to wear proper clothing for this event. $25 per person*, with proceeds benefiting Kids Against Hunger, tickets are very limited
10 am: Madden's Pastry Chef Amy DeSanto entertains with a pastry demonstration at Madden's Bakery
11 am: Chef Jamie Malone demonstrates how to prepare your fresh catch
12 noon: Burger cook-off! Chefs compete for the best burger
2 pm: Oysters, Crudo and Wine! Displayed and explained lakeside
3 pm: Chocolate truffle demonstration by Brian McElrath, one of the foremost chocolatiers in the U.S.
4 pm: Wine tasting
6:30 pm: Grand tasting! Come enjoy music and food as the chefs show off!
