Vacation & Conference Guidelines
Reservations must be accompanied by an advance deposit. Deposits are refunded only if reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to reservation arrival date and a $25 per room cancellation fee will be deducted. On reservations made less than 60 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is not refundable. Guests are responsible for the entire period of their reservation stay.
A credit card is required at check in. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card are accepted.

We are happy to take requests for specific room types and can usually honor these requests if they are part of your conference block and your request is received early. All reservation requests are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis, based on the date the reservation request with payment is received.
Information on room numbers or room types cannot be given out prior to conference arrival day. Many factors are involved in utilizing the rooms efficiently and rearranging and upgrading due to last minute cancellations or unpredictable maintenance that may become necessary.
Conferences are contracted with your association or company for a specific block of rooms for a specific time period. Other conferences are booked in and around this space. These are the only dates that we are able to offer and confirm for your stay with us. Occasionally, Madden's may have early arrivals or openings after your conference ends. These usually occur on a last minute basis, due to cancellations or changes made by other conferences.
We respectfully request men wear collared shirts in our dining rooms and on our golf courses. For women, upscale 'resort casual' is appropriate.
